All graduating students are hereby informed that the Application for Graduation is now open.
The deadline for submitting the Application for Graduation for Academic Year 2025–2026 is March 1, 2026. Students are advised to complete and submit their applications on or before the stated deadline.
To apply, please access the Application for Graduation Form using your AdDU GSuite account through the following link:

A designated Registrar's Office staff will evaluate your application. After a successful evaluation, it will then be submitted to the department chairperson or program coordinator, the dean, and to the Finance for approval. Once approved, a notification will be sent to you through your ADDU email.
